基于分时电价的虚拟电厂经济性优化调度Economic Optimal Dispatch of Virtual Power Plant Based on Time-of-Use Power Price

摘要(Abstract):
大规模不可控新能源和可控能源构建成虚拟电厂,可以降低新能源入网时,其输出功率不确定性对电网安全的影响,提高供电可靠性。配电网分时电价可以激励虚拟电厂参与电网削峰填谷,降低发电成本,获得更好的效益。为此设计了基于分时电价的虚拟电厂运行策略,以各时段内获得收益最大为目标,构建了基于分时电价的虚拟电厂经济性优化调度模型,采用粒子群算法得到虚拟电厂各能源的出力。分析了虚拟电厂可控分布式电源出力系数和不可控分布式电源预测误差对虚拟电厂经济性的影响,对比分析了4种储能系统场景下虚拟电厂的经济性。仿真结果表明所建模型合理,当大规模新能源电力接入电网时,基于分时电价的虚拟电厂采用抽水蓄能和储能电池联合运行,能获得更好的经济效益和电能质量。
