基于节约理念的配电网规划方案综合评价Comprehensive Evaluation of Resource Economy Based Distribution Network Planning Scheme

摘要(Abstract):
结合配电网规划的特点,基于节约的理念,构建了新形势下综合评价规划方案的指标体系。根据节约的评价原则,采用层次分析和数据包络分析法,从投入产出的角度优化资金流向和资源损耗,在最大程度满足供电需求的基础上,实现了资源、环境、经济、社会的协调发展。实例计算与分析结果表明,该方法科学、合理,能够根据配电网资源综合利用的要求,综合考虑评价中的客观实际与决策者的主观偏好,可为规划决策人员提供参考。
