模块化多电平换流器电容电压优化平衡控制算法An Optimized Capacitance Voltage Balancing Algorithm for Modularized Multilevel Converter

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了模块化多电平换流器(modularized multilevel converter,MMC)的拓扑结构及其工作原理,针对MMC子模块电容电压平衡问题,提出了一种新型的适用于采用载波移相正弦脉宽调制技术的MMC电容电压优化平衡控制算法,其本质是调整子模块的导通时间以对其电容电压进行动态调节。分别定义了在系统工作点附近具有相对稳定性的环流抑制系数以及电容均压系数,对子模块调制波进行纵向调整,有效确保MMC子模块电容电压的动态平衡;同时给出了环流抑制系数和电容均压系数的优化目标,以期得到理想的电容电压平衡控制效果。仿真结果验证了所提算法的正确性与有效性。
