基于间歇性风速的风力发电机功率输出模型研究Intermittent Wind Speed Model and Wind Turbine Output Model

摘要(Abstract):
随着风电渗透率的增加,间歇风速对系统运行的影响不可忽视。建立间歇性风速模型和间歇风速下的风机功率输出模型,对解决电力系统规划运行问题至关重要。间歇性风速模型可以确定历史风速数据中强波动性风速。间歇风速下的风机功率输出模型可以评估风速间歇变化过程的风电场输出功率。首先,根据混沌理论建立间歇性风速模型,确定间歇性风速区间以及区间内的间歇性风速。其次,利用动量-叶素理论建立风力发电机功率输出模型,根据风速变化时桨叶的受力情况,评估间歇风速下的风力发电机输出功率。最后,利用大同某风电场采集的数据验证所提方法的有效性。
