全数字滞环电流控制可控电流源研究Research on Full-Digital Hysteresis Current Controlled Controllable Current Source

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(field-programm-able gate array,FPGA)控制的全数字滞环电流控制型可控电流扰动源,选取单相全桥拓扑作为可控电流源的主电路结构。对两态滞环和三态滞环电流控制进行了仿真分析和对比,利用PSCAD软件中的自定义模块,采用Fortran语言对2种不同控制策略进行编程实现,仿真结果表明两态滞环电流控制策略更加适合于可控电流源。最后设计制作了一台原理样机,利用FPGA控制器实现了对电流源的控制,采用VHDL语言实现滞环电流控制,实验结果表明滞环电流控制技术对可控电流源的实现是有效的。
