一种高效的配电网供电恢复算法AN EFFICIENT ALGORITHM FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SERVICE RESTORATION

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种新的配电网供电恢复算法。该算法分3个步骤:①使用着色算法将配电网络划分为故障区域、正常供电区域和非故障断电区域,生成计算网络;②首先随机排列计算网络中的负荷,形成多条断电负荷串,然后使用最短路径法为每条断电负荷串中的负荷寻找最优的供电路径,同时使用核心模式算法(CSA)生成核心模式染色体,最后使用全局优化算法——遗传算法在可能的核心模式染色体中搜寻最优;③如果无法为所有断电负荷恢复供电,则调用邻域扩展算法扩大计算网络并重新进行计算,或者利用STOP基因实施甩负荷策略。所提算法可作为实现供电恢复的有效工具。
