利用电能质量调节器改善配电网络的电能质量ENHANCING POWER QUALITY IN DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS WITH POWER CONDITIONERS

摘要(Abstract):
无论是在工业化国家还是在发展中国家 ,供电质量 ,尤其是电压质量正变得日益重要。供电质量低将使产品质量降低 ,严重时还可能导致某些重要的生产过程中断 ,从而造成严重的经济损失。随着越来越多电子设备的使用 ,对电压质量的要求也越来越高。解决供电系统中的谐波及电压突变等问题 ,提高供电质量已迫在眉睫。文章讨论了电能质量的主要问题 ,并介绍了采用基于绝缘栅双极晶体管 ( IGBT)变换器的电能质量调节器装置改善电能质量的情况
