计及高压配电线路转供约束的配电系统综合供电能力计算Calculation of Distribution System's Comprehensive Power Supply Capability Considering Load Transfer Constraint of High-Voltage Distribution Lines

摘要(Abstract):
当前可靠性要求下的配电系统供电能力计算未能计及高压配电线路的转供约束,为此提出一种基于简化高压配电网网架结构的配电系统综合供电能力计算方法。首先,基于高压配电网的运行方式、转供方式以及主变在中压配电网的联络关系,提出配电系统网架结构的一种简化方法。其次,通过剖析在高压配电线路和主变N 1校验下的负荷转供情况,充分计及高中压配电网的网架结构对负荷转供的支持作用,建立配电系统综合供电能力的计算模型。在此基础上,采用数学软件Lingo对模型进行求解,得到系统的供电能力,并均衡主变负载率。最后,通过算例分析,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
