考虑环境成本及网络约束的风-火联合发电调度Combined Dispatching of Wind and Thermal Power Generation Considering Environmental Cost and Network Constraints

摘要(Abstract):
以"零排放、无污染"的新能源发电替代化石能源发电,是解决当前环境及能源问题的主要途径。构建了考虑脱硫、脱硝等环境成本以及网络传输约束的风-火联合发电发电调度模型,在保证电网安全运行的前提下,既降低SO2、NOx的排放,同时提高风电上网规模。该模型以系统运行成本最小为目标,在传统风电经济调度基础上,综合考虑火电机组成本、环境成本、风电运行成本以及网络传输约束等因素,通过改进遗传算法对模型进行求解。最后以IEEE-30节点6机系统为例,对传统风电调度方法和本文方法进行了比较分析,验证了该模型的有效性和合理性。
