市场环境下考虑降压节能调节的主动配电网运行优化策略Optimal Operation Strategy for Active Distribution Company With Conservation Voltage Reduction in Competitive Electricity Markets

摘要(Abstract):
针对主动配电网参与市场购电,提出了同时考虑主动配电网运行安全性和经济性的优化运行模型。该模型考虑了市场电价和分布式电源出力的不确定性,采用随机规划进行建模。为在随机规划模型中进一步考虑系统运行安全约束和离散控制措施,提出了线性化配电网潮流模型和基于虚拟电流注入法的线性有载调压变压器模型,使得主动配电网运行优化模型最终为线性规划模型,实现了在随机规划模型中有效考虑了主动配电网运行安全约束和有载调压变压器等离散控制措施。引入降压节能控制技术,使得主动配电网利用降压节能控制提高系统运行经济性。通过33节点主动配电网算例分析,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性和合理性。
