采用二值开关电阻的MMC等效模型在阀内故障仿真中的适用性Applicability of MMC Equivalent Model Based on Two-value Switched Resistance in Internal Valve Fault Simulation

摘要(Abstract):
模块化多电平换流器(modularmultilevelconverter,MMC)的戴维南等效模型在超高电平、交直流故障、全站闭锁等仿真场景均展现出了较强的适用性,但此类提速模型将非线性电力电子开关组简化为一个二值开关电阻,使得故障点在换流阀的内部时模型的精确性和数值稳定性有待验证。以同桥臂阀段、异桥臂阀塔间和两相虚短点间这三处短路故障为例,分析了阀内短路的故障特性;搭建了由详细模型到戴维南模型的简化过渡模型:二值开关电阻模型和改进二值开关电阻模型,分析误差来自等效模型的电容电压过零等效方法;设置多组仿真步长,计算了同种故障下的桥臂电流误差。结果表明:等效模型和详细模型下故障内环电流值均依赖于仿真步长,无法正确反映内环子模块的过电流应力,但故障外环电流数值较为稳定,其中改进二值开关电阻模型对各种故障的适应性最好,能够用于近似估计阀内故障对系统的影响。
