互联微电网孤岛运行频率稳定性协调控制策略Coordinated Control Strategy for Interconnected Microgrids in Islanded Mode Considering Frequency Stability

摘要(Abstract):
随着分散式电源在配电网中穿透率的不断提高,互联微电网作为新型能量管理形式,其频率稳定性已经成为影响主动配电网安全运行的关键影响因素之一。针对互联微电网孤岛运行方式,提出一种计及孤岛下频率稳定性的互联微电网协调控制策略。首先,提出将微电网间功率交换互为备用的控制策略,提高互联微电网系统频率稳定性;其次,建立互联微电网控制器功率计算模型,给出不改变常规潮流计算导纳矩阵对称性的功率交换计算方法;最后,提出基于背靠背变流器(back-to-back converter,BTB)的互联微电网协调控制策略,通过微电网间的快速功率交换,解决传统控制方法中储能电池受控制成本和安装容量限制问题。仿真算例证明了所提协调控制策略不仅可以提高孤岛下微电网运行频率稳定性,同时可以保证互联系统的高鲁棒性。
