应用于城市电网分区互联的柔性直流容量和选点配置方法Capacity and Siting Configuration Method of VSC-HVDC Applied to Urban Power Grid Partition Interconnection

摘要(Abstract):
针对城市化发展和环保约束加强过程中暴露出的现有城市电网分层分区网架供电能力受限、互供能力弱、电压无功储备不足等问题,结合柔性直流输电技术优势提出了柔性直流应用于城市分区互联的功能定位。在此基础上,首先建立了经柔性直流互联的分区220 kV电网供电能力评估数学模型,从送受端分区选择、容量优化、落点选择、安全稳定适应性评估等方面确定柔性直流有功功率容量需求和选点,消除单一分区供电瓶颈,实现多分区综合供电能力最大化;其次,依据分区电压稳定薄弱环节和故障后电压恢复水平,以控制母线电压恢复至可接受水平为目标,采用V-Q曲线评估确定柔性直流无功功率容量需求和选点;针对有功、无功功率需求和选点的矛盾,确定柔性直流的最终容量和选点的协调方法。以北京城市电网为例验证了所提方法的有效性。
