碳排放约束下考虑静态电压稳定的发电权交易优化Optimization of Generation Right Transaction Considering Steady State Voltage Stability Under Carbon Emission Constraint

摘要(Abstract):
目前的发电权交易主要是基于发电成本报价,虽在一定程度上可促使能耗低的机组获得更多的发电权,但无法保证实现预期的减排目标。此外,发电权交易没有考虑预留安全裕度,存在一定的运行风险。为解决上述问题,本文提出一种发电权交易模型。该模型以设定的减排目标为约束,在满足系统安全运行和电压稳定裕度的条件下,实现系统总有功出力最小。所提模型满足系统在经济性、环保性和稳定性方面的要求。采用基于约束松弛变量策略的中心校正内点法对所提模型进行求解,并在IEEE30、39、57和118节点系统验证了上述方法的正确性和有效性。
