图论在智能变电站二次安全措施中的应用探索Application of Graph Theory in Safety Measures of Secondary System in Smart Substation

摘要(Abstract):
针对智能变电站二次系统的高度网络化,使得二次设备间的信息交互关系隐含不可见,给检修安全措施工作带来不便的问题,探索了图论在智能变电站二次安全措施中的应用。首先为获取二次系统中的虚回路配置,采用文档对象模型(documentobjectmodel, DOM)对变电站配置描述(substation configuration description,SCD)文件进行读取和解析;接着引入图论知识建立用于表达智能电子装置(intelligent electronic devices,IED)信息交互关系的网络拓扑模型,并根据检修任务对IED进行检修状态区分,建立IED状态矩阵,最后在上述基础上,结合链路安全措施规则,实现安全措施策略的辅助分析,给出安全措施执行意见。以东岗变500 kV的5032中断路器首检为例,验证了该方法在二次检修安全措施工作中的有效性和正确性。
