电力市场环境下梯级水电站中长期调度与检修计划双层优化模型Bi-Level Optimal Model of Mid-Long Term Scheduling and Maintenance Planning for Cascade Hydropower Stations in Electricity Market Environment

摘要(Abstract):
电力市场环境下,为降低梯级水电站检修计划对运营收益的影响,建立了中长期调度和检修计划双层优化模型。中长期调度为外层优化,根据径流和价格预测进行决策,应用遗传算法优化各时段梯级水电站出力,搜寻最优效益空间。检修计划为内层优化,重点考虑了梯级上、下游水电站水力、电力耦合关系对检修计划的影响,以满足实际运行需求;以中长期调度优化中间结果为边界条件,以检修损失最小为优化目标,包括检修收益损失和停运风险损失,并将检修损失与中长期发电收益归并为总收益,作为遗传算法适应度函数,从而实现中长期发电计划和检修计划的联合优化。最后,以某"1库3梯级"水电系统为例进行仿真分析,结果表明:所建双层优化模型结构清晰,实用性较强。
