一种全数字静止无功补偿装置控制系统及其应用A Digital Control System for Static Var Compensator and Its Application

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种基于SIMADYN-D/SIMATIC-TDC控制器的全数字静止无功补偿装置(SVC)的控制系统。SIMADYN-D/SIMATIC-TDC控制器性能卓越,能够满足SVC控制系统对快速、实时浮点运算的要求,同时SIMADYN-D/SIMATIC-TDC的可靠性非常高,完全能够满足SVC对恶劣工业环境的需求。在该控制系统中实现了基于瞬时无功理论的瞬时功率和瞬时电流的检测算法和一种复合控制策略。该SVC控制系统已经在多项SVC工程中得到了成功的应用。
