三相电压源型逆变器级联的静止同步补偿器A Static Synchronous Compensator Based on Three-Phase Cascaded Voltage Source Inverter

摘要(Abstract):
提出一种三相电压源型逆变器级联的静止同步补偿器。该补偿器主电路由具有独立直流侧电容的三相电压源型逆变器通过单相耦合变压器级联而成,耦合变压器的容量为补偿器容量的1/3,具有逆变器中开关器件的开关应力小、直流侧电容电压波动小、补偿电流的波形品质好等优点。采用移相脉宽调制技术可以在不改变输出电压品质的情况下降低逆变器的开关频率,将输出电压的谐波主频带推至3倍开关频率附近,采用d-q解耦控制可提高补偿器的响应速度。考虑到补偿器中各逆变器可能存在参数不一致的问题,对各逆变器的直流侧进行电压平衡控制,仿真实验证明了该补偿器及其控制方法的正确性和有效性。
