基于能量流的电热综合能源系统弃风消纳优化调度模型Optimal Dispatch Model of Wind Power Accommodation in Integrated Electrical-Thermal Power System Based on Power Flow Model

摘要(Abstract):
针对三北地区供热期运行调峰约束导致的弃风问题,提出了基于能量流的电热综合能源系统弃风消纳优化调度模型。首先建立与电力系统模型相容的热力系统能量流模型。以能量流法根据温度变化预测热负荷,并以该结果作为优化调度模型的已知条件。然后以煤耗量最低为目标函数,建立优化调度模型。与传统模型相比,该模型考虑了换热环节约束如换热器热阻约束等。最后通过算例验证该模型的有效性,结果表明:利用电加热站供热,可增加低谷电负荷,降低机组的热定电出力,为风电上网留出空间;用户室内温度影响热负荷大小,进而影响风电消纳总量;计及换热环节约束的优化调度模型计算出的优化调度结果更准确、可信。
