多端口电感耦合型高压直流限流断路器Multi-port Inductively Coupled HVDC Current Limiting Circuit Breaker

摘要(Abstract):
直流电网接地故障将引起换流器闭锁,进而扩大故障影响面积,配置直流限流器及直流断路器是解决上述问题的通用方案。运用了2组耦合电感,针对高压直流电网设计了多端口直流限流断路器。该设备包括初级限流器、故障隔离限流器、引流支路3个部分,其中前两者串联在同一直流母线的各条线路中,引流支路是各条直流线路所共用的部分。不同部分的开关器件通过相互配合、互相借用的方式来提高限流断路器的经济性。在PSCAD仿真软件上搭建了张北四端直流电网模型,并与其他几种已有方案进行了比较,结果表明文中所提出的限流断路器能够在6ms内完成电力电子器件相关动作,各开关组所受冲击电压较低,若将其应用于n端口直流母线,则仅需要(26n+502)个开关组,经济性较高。
