含电动汽车充电站的新型直流配电网研究Study on a New Type of DC Distribution Network Containing Electric Vehicle Charge Station

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种含电动汽车充电站的新型直流配电网。根据光伏电池、固体燃料电池、风机3种分布式发电单元的物理特性进行仿真建模,并设计了简单可靠的并网方式,极大降低了分布式发电并网的费用。将电动汽车充电站作为直流配电网的平衡节点与交流配电网相连,利用其中的换流装置和蓄电池组实现了能量互换,节省了储能装置的投资。设计了交流与直流隔离器,使交直流同线馈送成为可能,节省了输电线路投资建设的费用。提出了基于这种新型直流配电网的3层控制方法。PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了该系统的可行性,表明该控制方法能够保证系统可靠供电和最大限度地利用分布式发电,便于能量交互,实现经济最优调度。
