计及可中断负荷的微电网多目标优化运行Multi-Objective Optimal Operation for Microgrid Considering Interruptible Loads

摘要(Abstract):
针对电网调度对微电网运行提出的要求,将可中断负荷处理成一种主动参与微电网运行的可调度资源,分别建立计及可中断负荷的特定时段联络线削峰填谷以及联络线波动最小的多目标调度策略数学模型,基于上海地区微电网数据进行算例仿真,验证了模型的有效性,比较了单目标优化和多目标优化对微电网优化运行的影响。利用非线性规划工具进行求解,获得全局最优解。算例结果表明,计及可中断负荷的考虑特定时段联络线削峰填谷微电网多目标优化运行模型使得微电网可以有效协助大电网进行削峰填谷,为电网公司制定合理的补偿政策提供参考;计及可中断负荷的考虑联络线波动最小微电网多目标优化运行模型明显降低运行成本的同时减少了联络线波动对上级电网的影响。
