三峡梯级水电站蓄能最大长期优化调度模型及分解算法A LONG-TERM SCHEDULING MODEL FOR STORED ENERGY MAXIMIZATION OF THREE GORGES CASCADE HYDROELECTRIC STATIONS AND ITS DECOMPOSITION ALGORITHM

摘要(Abstract):
建立了三峡梯级水电系统计划期末蓄能最大长期优化调度模型,采用大系统分解协调原理将发电量耦合约束进行了松弛,使各子系统仅是三峡下泻流量的一维优化问题。采用黄金分割法进行子问题的优化搜索,Lagrange乘子的更新则采用了次梯度法。使用三峡水力系统数据进行了数值检验,测试结果表明,文中所提出的模型和算法计算简单、可行、有效,适合于梯级水电长期运行规划的决策支持。
