面向主动配电网的同步相量传输规约扩展方法Synchronous Phasor Transmission Protocol Extension Method for Active Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
随着主动配电网建设的推进,微型多功能相量测量单元(micro multifunction phasor measurement unit,μMPMU)将逐步应用于配电网中,现有同步相量传输规约需要面向主动配电网的通信需求进行扩展。首先分析主动配电网通信的需求,比较了GB/T 26865.2—2011《电力系统实时动态监测系统数据传输协议》与IEC 60870-5-101/104规约,以扩展μMPMU遥控功能、降低网络通信和存储数据量为目标,提出了一种通信规约的扩展方法。该方法以现有GB/T 26865.2—2011规约为基础,参考IEC60870-5-101/104的应用服务数据单元(application service data unit,ASDU)新增一种应用扩展帧,应用扩展帧用以传输二遥数据和部分命令。相量和要求时间断面同步的模拟量通过数据管道进行高速传输,开关量和不要求时间断面同步的模拟量通过命令管道进行变化传输,并且增加了总召唤和遥控过程。最后通过通信分析和测试验证,验证了该扩展方法的有效性和可行性。该方法有效地扩展了μMPMU遥控功能,降低了网络通信和存储的数据量,对μMPMU在配电网中的推广具有一定实用价值。
