面向中高压智能配电网的电力电子变压器研究Research on Medium- and High-Voltage Smart Distribution Grid Oriented Power Electronic Transformer

摘要(Abstract):
分析了电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer,PET)的国内外研究现状,以及面向中高压电网的已有PET拓扑的特点。在此基础上,基于模块化多电平变流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC),提出了面向中高压智能配电网PET的一种新型拓扑。与传统的PET电路拓扑相比,新型拓扑的优势在于其可以减少电力电子开关器件的数量;更重要的是,可以显著减少高频变压器的数量,具有更好的体积及重量优势。同时,分析了该拓扑PET的工作机制及不同电能转换环节的控制策略设计方法。10 kV/380 V配电网用PET样机上的仿真及试验结果表明了所提拓扑及其控制策略的可行性。
