计及负荷波动率和互补系数的负荷恢复Load Restoration Considering Load Fluctuation Rate and Load Complementary Coefficient

摘要(Abstract):
在电力系统恢复过程中,待恢复负荷的波动性对系统的稳定恢复有直接影响。为了抑制负荷波动带来的冲击,考虑选择波动特性相互补的负荷在同一阶段完成恢复。引入负荷波动率和负荷互补系数来指导制定更优的负荷恢复方案,由此提出考虑负荷波动性和互补性的动态负荷组合恢复方案制定方法。仿真算例表明,通过该方法能够制定出更有利于系统稳定恢复的负荷恢复方案,同时可以发现"强互补、弱波动"趋势下的负荷组合方案更有利于电力系统稳定地完成负荷恢复。
