基于贡献因子的含分布式发电配网网损分摊Contribution Factor Based Network Loss Allocation for Distribution Network Containing Distributed Power Generation

摘要(Abstract):
基于跟踪电流的实部和虚部,对配电网的网损尤其是引入分布式发电机后网损的变化进行了分摊研究。首先在不考虑分布式发电机的情况下,将配电网内的损耗分摊给电力用户;然后在考虑分布式发电机的情况下,将其引起的网损变化量分摊给发电机。由于引入分布式发电机后,网损既有可能增加,也有可能减少,因此可将该方法作为引入分布式发电机的经济性评判依据。最后以一个含分布式发电机的小型配电网为例,计算验证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。
