模块化多电平换流器时间尺度变换建模和仿真Modular Multilevel Converter Modeling Based on Time-Scale-Frame Transformation

摘要(Abstract):
模块化多电平换流器(modularmultilevelconverter,MMC)的高电平数限制了电磁暂态仿真的速度,提出一种基于时间尺度变换的MMC快速电磁暂态模型。时间尺度变换的主要特点是利用单相实数信号构造解析信号,然后利用解析信号的旋转特性,进行二维坐标系旋转变换,降低原信号频率实现大步长仿真。时间尺度变换按相进行,避免了Park变换三相不对称时的倍频问题。结合时间尺度变换原理和MMC开关函数,分别建立了时间尺度变换后二维旋转坐标系下MMC单个子模块和桥臂戴维南等值的大步长仿真模型,编程开发了相应模型并与PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建的MMC详细模型进行了对比分析,验证了文中方法的有效性和模型的高效性。
