考虑校正控制的含风电场安全约束优化潮流Security-Constrained Optimal Power Flow of Power Grid Connected With Wind Farms Considering Corrective Control

摘要(Abstract):
为应对风电场出力波动及电网故障给安全约束优化潮流带来的问题,在优化潮流中考虑校正控制,选择输电线路N-1故障及多风电场出力波动的组合作为电网运行的预想事件,在风电功率区间预测基础上得出相应置信水平的风电场出力上下限,并采用极限场景以代替风电功率预测误差的多种情况,通过基于关键输电断面的预想事件筛选以及主问题和多重子问题划分,经交替迭代求解最后可得到满足正常状态经济性及预想事件下安全约束的发电计划。IEEE 30节点系统的仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
