I-M~2C型单级式电力电子变压器Single-stage Power Electronic Transformer Based on Isolated Modular Multilevel Converter(I-M~2C)

摘要(Abstract):
结合模块化拓扑结构与高频链概念,提出一种单级式基于隔离型模块化多电平变换器(isolated modular multilevel converter,I-M~2C)的新型电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer,PET)。该PET可以完全消传统双级式PET中压侧的独立电容,显著减少功率半导体器件数量,简化系统控制难度。I-M~2C型单级式PET具有低压直流、中压直流、中压交流三种基本端口,功率可在三端口间自由流动,其适用于在未来交/直流混合电网中。详细介绍了该PET的拓扑结构及工作原理。最后,搭建了一套800V/10kW的三相I-M~2C型单级式PET样机,并通过实验验证了所提拓扑结构的正确性与有效性。
