青藏直流接入后西藏地区电网电压/无功控制Voltage and Reactive Power Control of the Tibet Regional Power Grid After Qinghai-Tibet DC Connection

摘要(Abstract):
随着青藏直流输电工程的建成和西藏电网的快速发展,西藏电网现有的无功补偿设备已经不能满足电网电压/无功平衡要求。研究各种运行方式下都能保证系统电压稳定的无功配置方案是电网安全稳定运行的必然要求。针对西藏电网研究水平年正常和检修方式,分别分析了电网典型方式下的电压/无功平衡,校核了静态N?1和暂态情况下的电压稳定水平,推荐了合理的无功补偿设备配置方案,在此基础上分析了网架结构调整、动态无功补偿以及低压减载等改善电压稳定水平措施的可行性,并通过仿真验证了配置方案和措施的有效性。
