基于事件驱动的西北电网紧急备用支援技术Emergency Reserve Support Technology Basing on Event-Driven for Northwest China Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
随着区域电网送受电规模的逐年增加,直流大功率缺失故障严重影响了电网频率稳定和输电安全。结合西北电网多直流、大送端的特点,从控制模式、考核机制和运行方式方面,分析了动态区域控制偏差(area control error,ACE)在西北电网应用的适应性问题;提出了西北电网紧急备用支援的系统架构,以扰动事件为驱动主体,自动执行备用共享组内的联络线计划修正;提出了基于扰动事件的功率损失容量计算方法,通过对扰动事件分类分析建立逻辑矩阵,便于从复杂的设备扰动中识别出故障信息;提出了考虑安全约束的备用支援分摊策略,以省级电网中间层模型参与分摊容量计算和关键断面校验,满足广义联络线与断面安全的运行控制要求。最后,结合实例验证了该系统的有效性,在大功率缺失故障下能够充分发挥区域电网备用优势,提升电网的安全稳定运行水平。
