基于不同商业运营模式的分布式电源/微电网综合效益评价方法Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Method of Distributed Generation/Microgrid Projects Based on Different Business Models

摘要(Abstract):
鉴于近年来光伏的迅速发展,以及分布式电源及微电网项目面临的成本及运营问题,建立基于不同分布式电源/微电网并网方式和不同商业运营模式的项目综合效益评价模型,提出分布式发电/微电网项目的综合效益分析流程图,并进行实际工程的算例分析。该方法弥补了分布式发电经济性分析较为粗犷的缺点,考虑全寿命周期内项目的收益和成本,综合考虑复杂电价体系下采用不同运营主体的收益,以及初始投资、运行维护、投资回收期等成本因素对分布式发电项目经济性的影响,并优选出最优的运营模式。实证分析结果表明,该方法在分布式发电项目经济性评价中是有效的且准确的。结果表明采用由分布式发电商进行电源投资,由电网企业负责用户配电网或微电网的运行、维护和售电的运营模式是盈利水平最高的运营模式。
