基于遗传算法的多个光伏电源极限功率计算Calculation of Maximum Penetration Level of Multi PV Generation Systems Based on Genetic Algorithm

摘要(Abstract):
光伏电站出力具有随机波动性和间歇性,给电网带来很大的影响,且容量越大,影响越显著。提出了基于遗传算法求解多个光伏电源同时接入配电网的极限功率的计算方法。该方法考虑了配电网中光伏电源出力突变以及有载调压变压器和并联电容器参与调压的情况。以IEEE33测试系统为例,分析了光伏电源接入位置、电网负荷水平以及光伏电源功率因数对极限功率的影响,验证了该方法的有效性。
