采用正负半桥子模块级联拓扑的高压多电平波形发生器A High-Voltage Multilevel Waveform Generator With Cascaded Topology of Positive and Negative Half Bridge Submodules

摘要(Abstract):
随着电力系统设备电力电子化程度的不断提高,系统中诸多绝缘部件会承受多样化的高压脉宽调制(pulsewidth modulation,PWM)波形或高压多电平阶梯波形等阶跃性电压波形。为研究复杂多样的电压波形下设备或相关材料的绝缘特性,需要研制高压多电平波形发生器。在分析传统的半桥型模块化多电平变换器(multi-modularconverter,MMC)拓扑工作原理的基础上,结合典型绝缘缺陷等效负载特性的探讨,提出了一种正、负半桥子模块交替级联拓扑,抑制了因绝缘试验中不对称放电引起的输出电压偏置问题,提高了电源输出电压的稳定性,并且所需开关器件更少而利于小型化,同时便于串联叠加向高电压等级扩展。最终,通过对该发生器主要器件参数进行计算分析,研制了一台输出幅值为4600 V且频率可调的高压多电平波形发生器样机,可产生高压类正弦多电平电压波形、PWM电压波形等各类试验波形,验证了所提拓扑的可行性。
