改进小生境遗传算法在电力系统无功优化中的应用Application of Improved Niche Genetic Algorithm in Reactive Power Optimization

摘要(Abstract):
利用改进小生境遗传算法进行了电力系统无功优化计算。算法主要做了以下改进:设置个体之间的距离判别标准L为动态函数,保持了群体的多样性;采用最优保存策略保证算法的收敛性;采用局部最优徘徊策略作为辅助终止原则,避免陷入局部最优情况。对IEEE30节点算例系统进行了无功优化,并对优化前后各项技术性能指标进行了分析,说明了改进小生境遗传算法在保持解的多样性、提高搜索效率和优化效果等方面都具有良好的性能。对某县级配电网进行了仿真计算,仿真结果证明了所提算法的有效性。
