适用于含大量子模块的MMC快速电容电压均衡策略A Fast Capacitor Voltage Balancing Strategy for MMC With Large Number of Sub-Modules

摘要(Abstract):
对于含大量子模块的模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)而言,基于实时排序的传统电容电压均衡策略计算量大,降低了控制器的响应特性。为此,提出一种寻k值均衡方法,根据五分化中项的中项原则,确定处于投入和切除零界状态的模块电压大小,通过一轮比较处理从而获得需要投入和切除的模块编号信息,避免每个控制周期对桥臂模块电压的全排序操作且不会降低电容电压的控制精度。进一步,对寻k值均衡方法设定最大模块电压偏差允许值,减少器件不必要的反复投切。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建MMC模型,仿真结果表明所提出的改进策略能够以较低的计算量实现电压均衡,提高仿真运行速度,设定最大电压偏差允许值能够显著降低器件开关频率。
