考虑内部谐波耦合特性的MMC小信号建模及稳定性分析Small-signal Modeling and Stability Analysis of MMC Considering Internal Harmonic Interactions

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种基于谐波状态空间(harmonic state-space,HSS)方程的模块化多电平换流器(modularmultilevel converter,MMC)小信号建模方法。这种建模方法考虑了MMC内部谐波(子模块电容电压波动和桥臂环流)的动态特性和相互耦合作用,具有较高的建模精度。并在此模型基础上,利用特征值分析方法对MMC系统的稳定性进行评估。最后,通过与Simulink/MATLAB仿真结果的对比,验证了小信号模型的准确性。同时分析了控制器参数对MMC系统稳定性的影响,可以提高控制系统的设计效率。
