基于双层优化模型的电-气耦合综合能源故障恢复策略Electric-gas Coupled Integrated Energy Fault Recovery Strategy Based on Bi-level Optimization Model

摘要(Abstract):
针对综合能源配电网的故障恢复问题,采用双层优化理论建立电-气耦合综合能源恢复量与经济性、环保性相协调的故障恢复模型。其中上层模型以全网故障恢复指标最优为目标,利用改进的蚁群算法得到的开关状态作为上层决策量;下层模型以天然气网经济性和环保性为目标,利用基于多代理系统的多级恢复模型得到的调度方案作为下层决策量。利用改进的蚁群算法与多级恢复模型对上下层模型进行优化求解,再利用灰靶贡献度对上层模型指标进行客观赋值,通过靶心度综合评估恢复方案,得到配电网故障恢复方案。PG&E69节点仿真表明利用电-气耦合综合能源恢复配电网可减少舍弃负荷情况,延长得电负荷持续时间。
