适应清洁供暖交易的新能源调度控制策略研究Research on Dispatch and Control Strategy for Renewable Generation Adapted to Clean Heating Trading

摘要(Abstract):
考虑新能源清洁供暖交易规则以及新能源场站单机运行信息和功率预测信息,提出了适应清洁供暖交易的新能源有功控制策略。首先根据限电时段、限额和新能源出力等预测信息,将月度交易电量分解至每一个限电日;日前再根据超短期预测信息将计划日交易电量分解至每个限电时段,并通过不断地滚动校验来修正计划交易电量。基于此策略建立了多时间尺度耦合的滚动优化模型。基于实际风电场的运行数据,对控制策略的有效性进行了验证。算例分析表明,相较于传统控制策略,本策略能够有效减少限电损失,同时提高新能源场站能源利用的公平性。
