高中压配电网可靠性协调评估中2参数和4N+2M参数等值电源研究Research on 2-Parameter and(4N+2M)-Parameter Equivalent Sources for Reliability Coordination Evaluation of HV-MV Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
在高中压混合配电网的可靠性评估中,一般将高压配电网作为具有2参数的等值电源来处理,这种方法在考虑不同电压等级间的相互影响时可能存在较大误差。考虑到高压配电网一般存在多个但个数有限的切负荷率的实际情况,以及高压配电网不同切负荷率与中压馈线转供率相互结合对可靠性评估的不同影响,提出了具有4N+2M个参数的高压配电网等值电源,给出了相应参数和可靠性指标计算的一般表达式,并对2参数和4N+2M参数等值电源进行了比较分析,指出了它们的适用范围。典型算例结果表明,高压配电网对中压负荷点可靠性的影响率算术平均值约为12%,虽然采用4N+2M参数等值电源较使用2参数等值电源计算工作量略微增加,但能有效避免2参数等值电源可能导致的计算误差。
