馈线自动化系统的集中智能控制模式Centralized and Intelligent Control Mode of Feeder Automation

摘要(Abstract):
针对馈线自动化系统的基本需求,分析了不同故障处理模式的原理及优缺点,提出基于配电网全局拓扑信息的集中式馈线控制方案,详细介绍了该方案的系统模型,故障处理步骤和软件结构。在建立配电网物理模型时引入"区段"元件以简化配电网络结构的描述方式,在故障恢复过程的路径搜索和连通性分析步骤中,仅将区段作为具有单端节点和多端节点的元件来处理,而在详细的潮流计算及方案分析步骤中再考虑区段内部的元件组成及连接关系。以此建模不仅能够提高网络连通性分析的效率,而且有助于形成故障恢复的推理模型和优化控制策略。
