面向配电网优化运行的混合储能容量配置Capacity Configuration of Hybrid Energy Storage System for Distribution Network Optimal Operation

摘要(Abstract):
为提高配电网对分布式光伏的消纳能力,实现主动配电网优化运行,提出一种基于改进希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)的混合储能(hybrid energy storage system,HESS)容量优化配置方法。该方法首先获得光储系统参与配电网运行的最优出力与光伏实际出力之间的不平衡功率,将其作为混合储能的参考功率,采用集合经验模态分解(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,EEMD)将不平衡功率分解为一系列固有模态函数(intrinsic mode functions,IMF),通过递归希尔伯特变换得到各IMF的瞬时频率-时间曲线,可有效避免传统HHT存在的模态混叠效应,提高瞬时频率的准确性。根据功率型和能量型储能的特性,以瞬时频率-时间曲线混叠最少为原则确定分频频率,采用功率型储能和能量型储能分别对不平衡功率的高频分量和低频分量进行平抑。最后,考虑充放电效率、荷电状态和全寿命周期成本,提出经济最优配置方案。
