分布式光伏电源对配电网短路电流影响的仿真分析Simulation Analysis on Influences of Distributed Photovoltaic Generation on Short-Circuit Current in Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
为应对分布式光伏电源接入配电网的挑战,从分布式光伏并网逆变器的电路拓扑和控制策略出发,仿真分析了并网逆变器在配电网发生三相相间短路故障、两相相间短路故障以及分布式光伏电源不同出力时输出电流的变化特性,同时仿真分析了逆变器自身绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulatedgate bipolar transistor,IGBT)器件开路、交流侧单相断线故障时输出电流的变化特性,得出无论配电网发生三相或两相短路,由光伏供出的短路电流都不超过其额定电流的1.5倍的结论,并对逆变器自身故障的保护提出了要求。
