计及可平移负荷的分布式冷热电联供系统优化运行Optimal Operation for CCHP System Considering Shiftable Loads

摘要(Abstract):
冷热电联供系统作为将能源从电力向气、热、冷系统进行扩展的能源集成系统,已经成为能源互联网的重要组成部分。针对冷热电负荷需求的随机性和不匹配性,从供能侧和负荷需求侧控制的角度对冷热电联供系统的综合优化运行问题进行了研究。结合冷热电联供系统内各类可平移负荷的用电特性,从满足各时刻供能侧与需求侧的热电比相匹配的角度建立了可平移负荷模型,并且分别对于冷热电负荷进行负荷平移。然后建立了包含经济、能源和环境等多方面运行成本的优化调度模型,并且利用遗传算法对系统各设备出力进行了优化求解。最后通过算例仿真分析了冷热电联供系统的负荷平移在削峰填谷,减少综合运行成本等方面的作用,从而验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。
