基于孤岛运行特性的微电网可靠性分析Isolated Island Operating Characteristics Based Analysis on Reliability of Microgrid

摘要(Abstract):
分析了微电网中风电机组的出力随机特性,计及储能运行策略、工作状态及其充放电约束,通过全时序模拟重点分析了微电网孤岛模式的运行状态及可靠性。基于负荷分块的思想,综合考虑负荷重要程度及位置2方面因素,研究了孤岛模式的负荷削减策略。最后基于孤岛运行特性,提出了微电网孤岛平均首次持续运行时间和运行稳定率2个新的可靠性指标,并采用改进的RBTS Bus6配电系统进行了可靠性评估,算例结果验证所提模型和算法的有效性。
