考虑车流信息与配电网络容量约束的充电站规划Planning of Charging Stations Considering Traffic Flow and Capacity Constraints of Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
提出一种计及路网结构、车流信息、配电网络结构和容量约束等因素的城市区域电动汽车充电站的规划模型。该模型在配电网络的容量约束条件下,以用户在充电路程中的损耗成本和充电站线路投资之和最小为目标来进行站址和接入位置的选择,通过加权Voronoi图来实现充电站服务范围的自动划分,并利用排队论原理进行充电站的容量优化配置。最后,在兼顾电力公司和电动汽车用户双方利益的前提下,以全社会成本最小化为目标来进行充电站规划方案的优选。算例分析表明,所提出的方法和模型对于城市区域电动汽车充电站的优化规划具有一定的可行性和合理性。
