考虑风光互补的间歇性能源准入功率极限研究Research on Penetration Level of Intermittent Energy Considering Wind and PV Hybrid System

摘要(Abstract):
常规能源发电引起的能源危机和环境污染使风能、太阳能等可再生能源成为新兴替代能源。但它们的随机性和间歇性会对电网造成较大影响,限制了它们的准入功率。在研究了风速、光强和负荷在不同季节不同时间的随机分布特点的基础上,考虑风、光、负荷三者在时间上的联系;在风电场穿透功率极限机会约束规划模型的基础上,考虑风电调峰和光伏并网的影响,提出并建立了风光并网准入功率极限模型,并通过基于蒙特卡罗随机模拟的改进遗传算法求解模型。在IEEE30系统中进行测试计算,验证了上述模型和方法的有效性,并比较了风电调峰特性以及光伏接入点对风光准入功率极限的影响。
