并联型有源滤波器精细化补偿方案Research of Refined Compensation Method on Shunt Active Power Filter

摘要(Abstract):
有源电力滤波器(active power filter,APF)的2个重要性能指标:1)高补偿性能;2)装置容量灵活运用。针对补偿容量的可调度性和灵活性,提出了一种根据非线性负载产生不同次谐波有功功率潮流的流向进行谐波的精细化补偿方法。对不同次谐波的有功分量和非有功分量分别进行提取检测,判定该次谐波的有功潮流是否流入网侧:如果流入网侧,则造成污染,进行有功分量和非有功分量的全补偿;如果没有流入网侧,则只对非有功分量部分进行补偿。设计了重复PI复合控制策略,在保证系统更好的稳定性、良好的动态跟踪性和零稳态误差的前提下,只补偿网侧馈线电流中注入电网造成污染的谐波分量。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证,相比传统的补偿方法,所提精细化补偿方案在实现了小容量的APF补偿容量的同时有效地抑制了非线性负载注入电网的谐波污染;在相同补偿容量下,所提补偿方案可以进一步降低谐波畸变率。
