基于PMU量测的智能配电网电压–功率灵敏度鲁棒估计方法Robust Estimation Method of Voltage to Power Sensitivity for Smart Distribution Networks Based on PMU Measurements

摘要(Abstract):
配电网中同步相量测量技术的应用对于提高系统电压–功率灵敏度的估计精度具有重要作用。提出了一种基于同步相量量测的智能配电网电压–功率灵敏度鲁棒估计方法。首先,基于同步相量量测的历史数据和实时数据,采用最小二乘方法实现了实时电压–功率灵敏度的精确估计;进一步,考虑功率量测和电压量测均含有不良数据的情况,采用帽子值加权和最小绝对值估计方法相结合的方式,避免了最小二乘方法中删除坏数据的残差判断和迭代过程,提高了计算效率和可靠性,实现了电压–功率灵敏度的鲁棒估计;最后,通过IEEE33节点算例分析证明了所提出算法的正确性和有效性。
